Brand Profile

The history of the Perdomo family's cigar making tradition recounts three generations of Cuban cigar artisans and their quest for survival, freedom and their fervent dream of producing the finest cigars in the world. Today, led by the third generation of Perdomo cigar makers, Nick Perdomo, Jr., Tabacalera Perdomo, S.A. has gained its rightful place as one of the most successfully innovative and fiercely passionate manufacturers of premium cigars in the world.

Tabacalera Perdomo S.A. reintroduced the Perdomo Fresco cigar brand to appeal to a broader segment of the premium cigar market.

The Perdomo Fresco cigar blend is comprised of savory long filler tobaccos grown in the rich, dark soil of the Perdomo farm in Esteli. The binders are carefully selected from Perdomo's crops grown in the Jalapa Valley region. Graced with a golden Connecticut shade-grown wrapper, Perdomo Fresco cigars are a mild to medium-bodied cigar that is creamy, smooth and well-balanced.

Cigar consumers may choose from the following four traditional sizes packaged in eye-catching bundles of 25: Perdomo Fresco Robusto (5" x 50); Perdomo Fresco Toro (6" x 50); Perdomo Fresco Churchill (7" x 50) and Perdomo Fresco Torpedo (6 1/2" x 54).

"Although we're a premium cigar manufacturer, I've always wanted to introduce a new cigar blend at an affordable price for the everyday cigar smoker," states third-generation cigar maker Nick Perdomo. "I'm extremely pleased that cigar enthusiasts will be able to smoke a premium, long filler Perdomo cigar at an incredibly modest price."

I haven't had the best experiences with non Cuban cigars in the past, but I just had a Perdomo Fresco Robusto and was impressed. It was a good rich smoke from start to finish. I bought Absolute's premium sample pack to try to find a good everyday affordable cigar, and I think Perdomo Fresco is the one.

Nice light cigar. Ash was slightly grey, and I noticed some slight harshness, but overall it was a good, simple, relaxing smoke. Good cigar to bring camping, hunting, fishing, and they're cheap enough that you can bring enough for everyone! For the price, you can't go wrong.

Mild tasting cigar, but not very intense in flavor. Firm draw and good burn. Moderate amount of smoke. Good afternoon smoke. Cuban taste!
