If a product offered by Absolutecigars.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.

CIGAR SAMPLER REPLACEMENTS
Absolutecigars.com reserves the right to replace individual cigars within the cigar samplers offered on this site (in the event that the specific cigar as offered be out of stock). In the event that we should replace a cigar, the replacement cigar will be selected based on our choice. Absolutecigars.com does warrant that the replacement cigar is of equal or greater value than the cigar offered in the sampler.

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. With respect to items sold by Absolutecigars.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

Despite our best efforts, from time to time a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispriced item, we will do one of the following:

- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

SHIPPING - DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY
Absolutecigars.com ("The website"), and it's Affiliates or Member vendors (the "vendor" and "the shipper"), reserve the right to deliver products to customers (the "Recipient") using the carrier of their choice. In cases where the recipient is located within a country to which the vendor does not ship, then the recipient may then contract with a carrier of their choice to arrange for delivery of their purchased product (with the exception of Cuban cigars to Canada: Cuban cigars may not be ordered via this website for delivery to Canada).

Delivery will be made to the Recipient at the "Shipping address" as provided by the purchaser at the time the order is placed via this website. Confirmation of delivery, as provided by the Carrier, is considered to be official confirmation of successful delivery to the shipping address as provided by the customer.

In the event where the customer provides incomplete; inaccurate; or incorrect delivery address information; resulting in the loss of the shipment or delivery to the wrong address resulting in loss of the shipment, the Shipper is not responsible for replacement of the items purchased or refund of the purchase price of the lost items.

IMPORT REGULATIONS & CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE
By purchasing products via this website users affirm that they are fully aware of the import regulations for their country. Users of this website are responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with the importation laws of their respective countries and that the product/s they purchase on this website may be legally imported into their respective countries. Title of the merchandise is not taken by Absolutecigars.com. Absolutecigars.com, via it's Cuban cigar fulfillment provider will cooperate with any customer wishing to arrange an independent carrier for shipment to the destination of their choice. However, some countries may impose restrictions on the import of certain types of tobacco products; as such neither Absolutecigars.com; nor it's partners; member vendors; affiliates; or contracted customer service providers, assume any responsibility whatsoever for any such shipments and urges its website visitors to ascertain the law applicable for shipments to jurisdiction to which their order is consigned.

CUSTOMER ERRORS
In the event that a customer enters an incorrect order or makes an error in typing the delivery address for an order, which is subsequently delivered to the address which was provided by the customer, then the customer shall be fully responsible for the full value of the order including the shipping charges.
