demand the absolute best cigars and do not hesitate to return
cigars to our distributor if we feel they are not of the very
best standard.
With many years in this business and thousands of customers

complaint of selling anything but genuine Cuban cigars.

Nevertheless, should you have any concern over this after
receiving your cigars, we will happily accept a return and

IMPORTANT
NOTE: Montecristo band changes!
Starting
in late 2003, significant changes were made to the Cuban Montecristo
cigar band.
The new band was initially introduced into the market on the
best-selling Montecristo No. 4 cigar. These are now in wide
circulation, whereas with many other Montecristo cigars, the
old band remains widely seen, and will continue to do so until
retailers gradually re-stock with new product.
Specific
changes include a new crisper font for the text; a significantly
altered fleur-de-lis graphic; plus the paper used is
a shiny finished paper in place of the old matte finish.

For further
independent confirmation on these changes, please refer to
the February 2005 Edition of Cigar Aficionado Magazine,
page 65 - which rates the Montecristo No. 2 as the 8th "Best
Cigar of The Year" (Box date: June 2004), and displays
a picture of the cigar with the new band. By comparison,
on page 143 of the same issue, in "Connoisseur's Corner"
a Monte from 1993 is reviewed and the old band is displayed.
The new band is also featured in the April 2005 Edition,
page 152, where the Monte No. 2 is again reviewed. Both bands
are legitimate and both are 100% authentic.
We trust
this information has been helpful, and put to rest any concerns
to those familiar with the old band who had not heard about
this change (frustratingly, as far as we know, no public announcement
has yet been made by Habanos on this), but we do encourage
you to contact Habanos directly should you wish to have further
confirmation.

How is it that your prices are lower than other sites?
Our Cuban cigars are all fulfilled from our climate controlled
warehouse in Geneva Switzerland. They are therefore not subject
to the massive tax applied to cigars that are sold from other
countries.

what currency are your prices?
Our prices are in US$. Why? We do business literally in every
corner of the world and US$ is a universally understood currency.
Can you ship Cuban Cigars to me?
We can ship Cuban cigars anywhere in the world, except to
addresses in Canada. We now ship Cuban cigars exclusively
by 5-7 business day Air Express Mail. Deliveries are guaranteed

How do you ship Cuban cigars?
We ship in the original unopened boxes with intact Cuban factory
seals. Cigars themselves ship with their bands on. We never
remove cigars bands.
What happens if my cigars do not arrive, for whatever
reason?
This is a very unlikely event, but our policy is that if for
ANY reason your cigars do not arrive at your door, we will
either credit you in full or if you wish we'll replace the
order, re-shipping the exact order at no additional cost to
you. Simply stated: WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Note too that there's no maximum order either!

about my privacy?
We do not share or grant access to customer data to any party

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy
for ANY reason, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We accept
returns for 30 days for a 100% refund.
Where
are you located?
Our cigars are shipped from our climate controlled warehouse
in Geneva, Switzerland. We have a Customer Service Call Center
in Montreal, Canada. The Customer Service office is not a
sales office; does not stock any tobacco products; does not
accept any walk-in traffic; and is a third party entity.
All
our Non-Cuban cigars and accessories are shipped worldwide
by our U.S. partner.
Why

Shipping
Prices on Cubans
We are modifying and refining our shipping pricing program
all the time. We will not overcharge for shipping, and if
at all possible will reduce the shipping rate you'll see quoted
on checkout. Ship rate on one item (cigar box, Cabinet, 5-pack
or sampler) is $20.00. Add $5.00 for each additional Cuban
cigar item.
How
long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
We ship Cuban cigars by Global Air
Postal Express service. This is a 5-7 business day service,
on average.
Can
You Ship Cuban Cigars to me?
We ship to any address outside of Canada.
Our thousands of highly satisfied customers are located in
virtually every corner of the globe (See our Testimonials page!).
Do
you guarantee delivery?
Shipments
are guaranteed for delivery. Should a shipment not arrive
for ANY reason we will either replace the order, provide full
credit, or refund the amount of the order - whichever you
prefer. Simply stated: We guarantee delivery.
What
is the shipping time for Non-Cubans shipped to Canada?
Ship time on Non-Cuban cigars from our US partner is typically
5-7 business days (Please note that Customs holdups may further
delay delivery). Depending on the destination, we have had
deliveries arrive as quickly as 2 days, and as slow as 10

How
are the cigars packaged?
Cuban cigars are shipped with their original cigar bands
on. We NEVER remove cigar bands or re-package cigars in any
way.
We ship
in the original boxes (vacuum packed for their protection)
with original Cuban factory seals. Please note that
it is now our policy to open some boxes prior to shipment
so as to ensure quality of product. Thus we no do not guarantee
a sealed box. However with this new policy we do of course
