Shipping Standards for Cuban Cigars
Cuban cigarsare shipped in original unopened boxes with original intact Cuban factory seals. Individual cigars are shipped with their original cigar band labels.

Shipping Prices on Cubans
We are modifying and refining our shipping pricing program all the time. We will not overcharge for shipping, and if at all possible will reduce the shipping rate you'll see quoted on checkout. Ship rate on one item (cigar box, Cabinet, 5-pack or sampler) is $20.00. Add $5.00 for each additional Cuban cigar item.

Non-Cuban Shipping Prices to U.S. addresses
Actual rates vary dependent on your location. Typical rates for a typical package of up to 1box of cigars:
3-5 Day USPS Priority Mail: US$4.40
FedEx Next Day Service: US$19.00
FedEx 2-3 Day Service: US$10.00

Non-Cuban Shipping rates to Canada from the U.S.:
Typical USPS Global Priority Express rates for a standard box are as follows:
1-2 sampler packs: US$7.00-$11.00
1 typical cigar box box: US$13.00
2 typical cigars boxes: $18.00
3-4 typical boxes: US$22.00-$30.00

Some over-sized boxes, oddly shaped or heavier boxes may push the shipping rate up a few dollars. Again, we do endeavor to not make money on shipping, and will always seek the most economical shipping method.

Cuban cigars are available for shipping anywhere in the world, except to addresses in Canada. Cuban cigars ship exclusively by 5-7 business day Air Express Mail. How do you ship Cuban cigars?
Cuban cigars are shipped in the original unopened boxes with intact Cuban factory seals. Cigars themselves ship with their bands on.

What happens if my cigars do not arrive, for whatever reason?
This is a very unlikely event, but our policy is that if for ANY reason your cigars do not arrive at your door, you either be creditted in full or if you prefer a replacement order will be shipped, at no additional cost to you. Simply stated: WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY.

Is there a minimum order?

Where are you located?
Cuban cigars are shipped from a climate controlled warehouse in Geneva, Switzerland. We contract with a full service Customer Service Call Center located in Montreal, Canada. The Customer Service office is staffed by trained cigar professionals ready to answer your questions. This is not a sales office; does not stock any tobacco products; does not accept any walk-in traffic; and does not handle or ship any product from this location.
