This collaboration between Ernesto Perez Carillo and General Cigar is handcrafted at Perez-Carrillo's Tabacalera La Alianza Factory in the Dominican Republic. The La Gloria Cubana Coleccion Reserva Torpedo is based on the original LGC blend and is a legacy to "the spirit of La Gloria", says Perex-Carillo. Made with a uniquely textured Sumatra-seed wrapper grown in the Los Rios province of Ecuador's Quevedo region. The all-Nicaraguan fillers and binder tobaccos have a certain silkiness and a particular unique aroma, a tanginess with peppery notes in a medium to full bodied smoke.
