La Palina Glass Humidor Jar

(0 reviews)

An Official La Palina product release, and a rare large size solid glass Humidor Jar.  The La Palina Humidor Jar is striking talking point in any room.  A great addition to your bartop or desk.  Made of thick and solid glass, this jar measures 9 inches high x 6 1/4 diameter, and weighing in at well over 5 pounds (2.3kg).

This is a large sized humidor jar. It will hold approximately thirty 50 ring Toros.  This vintage style humidor jar has a glass lid with a rubber seal to maintain your humidity levels.  No humidifier is included, allowing you to select the exact humidifier to match your preferences.  The main body of the jar includes a glass three dimensional glass representation of the famous La Palina Cigars logo, making this a must have for any La Palina cigar fans or vintage style tobbaciana.

Shipping to the USA only - sorry, as solid as this humidor is, we just don't want to ship glass internationally.  The humidor jar ships in original official La Palina OEM packaging (see photo of the terrific box packaging), with La Palina graphics.  These humidors are a one-time limited production run.  We received only a small supply.  Once gone, we likely won't see any more.

Brand Profile

In 1896, a Ukrainian immigrant named Samuel Paley opened established a cigar shop in Chicago and formed the Congress Cigar Company which began manufacturing and selling a cigar brand by the name of La Palina, loosely translated as "The Female Paley".

What is now a famous brand and logo was first created when Sam's wife Goldie Drell Palay, dressed in Spanish costume posed for the La Palina cigar box label, and this image remains in use to this day.

In 2010, though, William "Bill" Paley Jr. re-acquired the rights to his grandfathers brand and named the company La Palina Cigars. The first modern La Palinas were produced in the Bahamas in limited quantities, and the least expensive was $18. Despite the high price tag, the brand gained a loyal following.

Today La Palina cigars are manufacturered in the Dominican Republic and Honduras.
