From Cigar World:
"Ramon Bueso joined Villazon & Company in 1976 as a buncher and soon moved to inventory and curing. In 1984, he was appointed to the blending department and in 1996, when General Cigar acquired Villazon, he was promoted to his current position of production manager of HATSA.
Ramon’s responsibilities run the gamut from overseeing tobacco curing, blending, production, and cigar making, to quality assurance, at the company’s Honduran facilities. He also participates in new product development and is involved in the procurement process, ensuring the quality of proprietary tobacco cultivated exclusively for General Cigar.
With a tenure spanning more than three decades, Ramon considers the HATSA factory a second home, and his colleagues family. “The company considers people as and tobacco as its most important assets and it shows not only in the pride that our employees bring to work but also in the cigars we make.”
