Origin : Dominican Republic Length : 5 1/8 Ring Gauge : 50 Shape : Robusto Strength : Full

CAO Amazon Basin Toro - 5 Pack

Origin : Nicaragua Length : 6 Ring Gauge : 52 Shape : Toro Strength : Medium-Full
The now virtually impossible to find CAO Amazon Basin cigar is obviously priced according to it's scarcity and massive demand.  A terrific blend created using the extremely rare Brazilian Braganca tobacco, grown only in the Amazon.  The initial release of CAO Amazon Basin cigars, in 2014, sold out immediately, and we've spend just about every day since taking requests to availability on more.  The follow-up release is again in a single vitola, a 6 x 52 Toro.  We have just about sold all of what we have at this point.

Rated 90 by Cigar Journal who commented, The CAO Amazon Basin cigar is "lightly spicy, with a delicate, chocolaty sweetness that's balanced by gently bitter notes of cacoa, coffee and hazelnut.  This cigar is harmoniously blended, smaooth and multifaceted.  Medium to fuill bodied."

As always, the CAO Amazon Basin Toro cigar is guaranteed for delivery worldwide.

We couldn't deascribe this super-premium any better than Cigars Aficionado, who reviewed it in 2015:
"It seems the Padróns are always celebrating something. And when they decide to honor an occasion with a commemorative cigar, it’s always nothing short of excellent.

The Padrón Family Reserve 50 Years Natural marks the company’s 50th anniversary. Company patriarch José Orlando Padrón began selling fumas-style cigars for 25 cents apiece in Miami, and today he is one of the most respected names in the premium cigar industry. The list of accolades and critical acclaim is beyond impressive, as Padrón has proven itself to be not only a model of excellence, but of consistency. This is the 12th Top 25 list in Cigar Aficionado magazine’s history. A Padrón cigar has been named Cigar of the Year three times and has made the Top 10 list every year consecutively.

The Family Reserve began as a box-pressed torpedo only offered at cigar events where a Padrón family member was present. The line was eventually commercialized and now exists in a few sizes.

Astute Padrón fans might remember how the Padrón Family Reserve 50 Years made the 2014 list. Last year, it was the maduro version, but this year, the natural wrapper version of the 50 Years made our list.

These cigars have all the signature traits of a great Padrón: box pressing, perfect draw, plenty of body, and a hearty combination of earth, cocoa bean and coffee. Each note folds into the palate individually and then harmonizes for a sublime experience."

Dominican Prime Select Salomon - 5 Pack

Origin : Dominican Republic Length : 7 Ring Gauge : 48-60 Shape : Salamon Strength : Medium-Full

A rare Salamon cigar handcrafted by only the highest skilled torceadores in the Dominican Republic.  Rare, as so few factories have the ability to roll this shape, the hardest vitola to roll due to its size and non uniform ring gauge through the length of the cigar.  Plus the amount of time it does take to roll makes it not cost effective to produce as the price required to make it worthwhile is typically too high for most consumers so manufacturers don't make them.  The Dominican Prime Select Salamon cigar is a medium to full bodied masterpiece combining Cuban seed first quality seco olor Dominicano blended with Piloto Cuban tobaccos, finished with a sleek Ecuadorean Habano wrapper.

An opulent handrolled cigar with warm notes of caramel and a rich nutty bouquet which are immediately apparent with this well-rounded Dominican cigar.

Worldwide cigar delivery is always available on all our fine Dominican cigars.

EP Carillo La Historia E-III - 5 Pack, Number 2 Cigars pf the Year 2014

Origin : Dominican Republic Length : 6 7/8 Ring Gauge : 54 Shape : Toro Gordo

EP Carillo La Historia E-III - The Number 2 cigar in the world in 2014 as rated by Cigar Aficionado who rated it a 95 on their 100 point scale and who praised it this way: "In the world of cigars, it’s hard to find a man more experienced—or more respected—than Ernesto Perez-Carrillo. He got his start in the cigar business making La Gloria Cubanas in a modest factory located in the heart of Little Havana, Miami’s Calle Ocho. Around 1990 he was selling standout, handmade cigars for less than $2 each. A newfound interest in cigars (and an article in a certain magazine) turned his company into a gem, and he couldn’t keep up with the demand. La Glorias went from curiosity to institution, and Perez-Carrillo expanded into the Dominican Republic, vastly expanding the production of La Gloria Cubana cigars.

Perez-Carrillo sold his business in 1999, and left the company in 2009. He set out to try something new, forming EPC Cigar Co. with his children, Lissette and Ernesto III that same year. On the fifth annivesary of the new venture, Perez-Carrillo hit his stride. His La Historia is decorated with various images, including his grandmother in a Pinar del Río tobacco field and his daughter in Miami. The Perez-Carrillos worked two years on this cigar, and it shows in the final product, which is finished with a luxurious, dark leaf of Mexican tobacco grown in the San Andrés Valley.  Its rich and absolutely delicious with coffee, wood and earth notes and a touch of sweet anise on the finish.

Ernesto Perez-Carrillo has created many great cigars in his 40-plus years in business. His La Historia is his best effort in years."

The Anaconda marks the third and final cigar in the CAO Amazon Basin Trilogy.  One of the rarest cigars we are able to source - CAO Amazon Basin was a limited-edition cigar that first came to market in 2014. In stock while supplies last, CAO Anaconda cigar is now available while supplies last. Extremely rare, only 3000 produced for worldwide distribution. We get requests every day and they are finally here.
